Frequently asked questions
Can I update the Banner Top banner without rebuilding the signature?
Yes. Sign in and you can save the signature, then update the banner anytime from your dashboard without re-pasting the HTML into your email client.
Will the Banner Top image be hosted reliably?
Uploaded banner images are embedded as base64 data URLs, so they ship inside the email and never break due to image hotlink failures or expired CDN links.
Which banner styles does the Banner Top template support?
Four styles out of the box: minimal, gradient, dark, and light. You can also upload your own banner image instead of generating one from text.
Is the Banner Top template good for announcements and launches?
Yes. The banner area is the perfect spot for a launch headline, an event date, or a short call-to-action linking to a landing page.
